You represent that:

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lerobit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lerobit during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lerobit, its employees, affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
